With that in mind, we created the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are, for any reason, not 100% satisfied with our services, we will come back to your house and clean it again, free of charge.This policy makes hiring us a risk-free transaction, where you will get exactly what you paid. What is covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee? Our policy will cover areas or items where our home specialists perform cleaning services. What is cleaned again in case of a Satisfaction Guarantee request? We will again clean any items or areas that were causing you dissatisfaction to reasonable satisfaction.For example, if a bathroom sink is not cleaned correctly, only the sink will be cleaned again.In a second example, a bedroom was left behind without cleaning. We will clean the entire bedroom. What is not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee policy? We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse the fulfilment of the Satisfaction Guaranteed policy in the following cases:Unreasonable expectations. For example, but not restricted to stains or marks that cannot be removed by any standard cleaning methods or any dirt that requires specialized equipment or products that our company does not provide the proper services for or is not prepared to handle or use. Unreasonable expectations will also apply if a customer hires our services for a smaller period than necessary to properly clean the customer’s house. If the time allocated for your cleaning was not enough to clean all the areas or as well as expected, a second booking is necessary due to the conditions of the house.Deceitful or misleading information provided by the customer to gain an unjust or unfair advantage over our cleaners or our company.Illegal or suspicious activities involving our cleaning duties.Any claims to this policy are made after 24 hours of cleaning. For how long can I activate the Satisfaction Guarantee policy? The time limit for requesting a correction clean through the Satisfaction Guarantee policy is 24 hours after the clean is finished. This request can be made by phone (0436 182 055) or email (email@example.com or direct email to your operator). Any other communication channels will be disregarded for this policy, even official Springify channels, such as Social Media or Google.
